How we use it

We use your data to deliver the service you've booked, contact you about your appointment, lodge certificates where required (e.g. EPCs to the national register), and meet compliance obligations.

Sharing

We share booking details with our scheduling and CRM provider (Zoho) and with the assessor attending your property. We never sell your data.
