What is Floor Plan?
A floor plan is a scaled 2D drawing of a property's layout, showing every room with accurate dimensions and total floor area. It's the second most-viewed feature on a Rightmove or Zoopla listing after photos.
We laser-measure on site for accuracy to the nearest centimetre and produce a clean, RICS-style line-drawn plan with room labels, dimensions and total square footage / square metres.
Plans are supplied as both web-ready JPG and high-resolution PDF, perfect for portals, brochures and window cards.
What we need on site

- Access to every room — including bathrooms, en-suites, storage cupboards, lofts (if used) and garages.
- Furniture can stay in place — we measure around it.
- Roughly 20–45 minutes on site depending on property size.
- If parts of the property are locked off (e.g. tenant-occupied rooms), please flag this at booking.

Will the plan be RICS-compliant?
Our plans follow RICS-style conventions used by the major property portals. We are not a RICS firm, so for formal valuation reports a chartered surveyor is required.
