Accurate 2D floor plans for listings & lettings — from £65.
Laser-measured 2D floor plans for Watford properties, drawn to a clean RICS-style standard with room dimensions and total floor area. Delivered next working day, or just £25 extra when you book with an EPC on the same visit.
Measured 2D floor plan with room dimensions and total area. Bundle with an EPC for just £25 extra.
Watford has been pulled into the central London commuter market by the Overground and the fast Euston line — WD17 and WD18 are dense with professional flats and small HMOs. We do regular EPC rounds across Cassiobury and Oxhey on older stock that often needs a clear improvement plan to keep rentable.
Out into Radlett, Bushey Heath and Rickmansworth the stock is family-let and high-end — full marketing packs (HDR photos, floor plans, virtual tours) routinely add £100–£200/month to achieved rent. Borehamwood (WD6) sees a steady stream of corporate lets thanks to Warner Bros. Leavesden.
WD is one of the higher-yield Hertfordshire rental markets — selective licensing is active in parts of Watford borough, so licensing-ready inventories are the norm.
A floor plan helps viewers understand a Watford property's layout before a visit. Marketing plans are not construction drawings; arrange specialist drawings if that is what you need.

Watford is approximately 18 miles from our Slough base, within our usual 50-mile coverage. Contact us with the exact postcode, access arrangements and preferred date to confirm availability. Access is needed to the rooms being measured. Confirm the property size, output format and delivery deadline at booking. Do not rely on an unconfirmed appointment or delivery deadline.
A digital 2D marketing floor plan with room labels and measurements. Laser-measured on site. RICS-style 2D plan with dimensions. Confirm access, your requirements and the report or image delivery deadline when booking; timing depends on the work agreed for your property.
A marketing floor plan explains a property’s layout for sales and lettings, with room labels and measurements that help buyers and tenants understand the space. It is not a substitute for architectural drawings, structural advice or measurements checked for construction work. Confirm the output format and delivery deadline when booking, and arrange access to the rooms being measured.

Daljit is great, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He did my EPC, inventory check in, and PAT testing last year. It was my first time renting out my property and he gave me some great advice. He’s just completed this years PAT testing again. And I’m very happy. Thank you very much indeed!
