Standalone tenancy check-up between check-in and check-out — from £35.
Independent mid-tenancy inspections across West London — a focused visit to check the property's condition, flag maintenance issues early and confirm the tenant is looking after the place. Photo report in your inbox the same day.

West London is a huge mix of stock — Victorian conversions in Ealing and Acton, mansion-block flats in Hammersmith and Chiswick, and dense purpose-built rental schemes around White City and Shepherd's Bush. We work for several portfolio landlords here doing rolling EPC audits across W3, W4, W5, W6 and W12.
Selective and additional licensing applies in multiple West London boroughs — Ealing in particular has active enforcement teams. Our inventory reports are written to drop straight into a licence application.
Stock variation in W postcodes means EPC ratings swing widely; Victorian conversions in W3/W6 routinely come back D/E and need a clear improvement plan to attract long-let tenants.
A six-month mid-term inspection in West London catches small issues — a slow leak, an over-stuffed extractor filter — before they turn into expensive end-of-tenancy deductions.

West London is approximately 14 miles from our Slough base, within our usual 50-mile coverage. Contact us with the exact postcode, access arrangements and preferred date to confirm availability. Agree tenant access in advance and tell us about existing maintenance concerns. Confirm the scope and report delivery when booking. Do not rely on an unconfirmed appointment or delivery deadline.
A photographic condition report identifying visible issues and matters for follow-up. Independent on-site inspection. Photo report with flagged issues. Confirm access, your requirements and the report or image delivery deadline when booking; timing depends on the work agreed for your property.
No. A mid-term inspection records the visible condition of a rented property at the time of the visit and highlights maintenance concerns for follow-up. It does not replace an EPC, electrical inspection, gas safety check or specialist investigation. Agree tenant access in advance and tell us about existing maintenance concerns so the inspection scope and report delivery can be confirmed.

Daljit is great, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He did my EPC, inventory check in, and PAT testing last year. It was my first time renting out my property and he gave me some great advice. He’s just completed this years PAT testing again. And I’m very happy. Thank you very much indeed!
