Accredited domestic energy assessment — from £60.
Domestic EPC assessments for existing homes in Windsor, Berkshire. We visit from our Slough base and record the construction, heating, hot water, lighting and available insulation evidence. For properties around Eton, Dedworth, Old Windsor, send the postcode and access details so we can confirm availability. The certificate's rating and recommendations depend on the individual home.
A legally required certificate rating the energy efficiency of your property. Valid for 10 years. Lodged on the official register the same day.
Windsor's rental market is one of the most polished in Berkshire — heritage terraces near Windsor Castle and Eton High Street, Georgian conversions around Park Street, and large family lets out in Dedworth, Clewer and Old Windsor. Listing presentation matters a lot here, so we'll usually package HDR photography and floor plans with the EPC and inventory.
A lot of SL4 stock is older and listed, which means EPC improvements have to be sensitive — we'll flag practical upgrades a landlord can make without falling foul of conservation rules.
Tourism, the castle and the strong Heathrow corporate rental pipeline keep Windsor rents resilient — clean compliance and good photography routinely add £75–£150/month to achieved rent.
Before marketing a home in Windsor, check the official EPC register for an existing certificate and review the current GOV.UK requirements and exemptions. A proposed future standard should not be treated as a rule already in force.

Windsor is approximately 3 miles from our Slough base, within our usual 50-mile coverage. Contact us with the exact postcode, access arrangements and preferred date to confirm availability. Allow around 30–60 minutes for a typical home. Tell us your deadline when booking so we can confirm the visit and delivery arrangements. Do not rely on an unconfirmed appointment or delivery deadline.
An Energy Performance Certificate lodged on the official register, with an energy rating and recommended improvements. Domestic EPC by accredited assessor. Same-day lodgement to the EPC register. Final certificate release requires full payment and a manual release after assessment; confirm your delivery deadline when booking.
An EPC is valid for 10 years. Check the official Find an energy certificate service before booking, because a valid certificate may already be available to download free of charge. If it has expired or the home needs reassessment, contact us with the postcode. The rating depends on the property and the evidence available during assessment.

Daljit is great, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He did my EPC, inventory check in, and PAT testing last year. It was my first time renting out my property and he gave me some great advice. He’s just completed this years PAT testing again. And I’m very happy. Thank you very much indeed!
