Independent check-in & check-out reports — from £90.
Independent check-in, check-out and mid-term inventory reports across Heathrow. Every room is photographed in high resolution, every meter reading captured, and every defect logged with a time stamp — the kind of evidence that stands up at TDS or DPS deposit dispute.
Detailed, time-stamped property condition reports with photos. Protects landlords and tenants and supports deposit dispute resolution.
The Heathrow rental belt is overwhelmingly aircrew, contractor and corporate accommodation — short tenancies, fast turnarounds, and a heavy reliance on furnished inventories. We're in the area most days of the week and can typically slot an inventory or EPC into a 24-hour window.
The villages on the airport perimeter (Harmondsworth, Sipson, Longford) have older stock that often needs an EPC refresh and full inventory when a property is between tenants.
Heathrow turnaround windows are tight — operators here pay for speed and reliability over anything else. We confirm appointment slots within an hour.
For a check-out in Heathrow, share the original inventory and any agreed amendments before the visit so the reports can be compared. A report records evidence; it does not guarantee a deposit dispute outcome.

Prices start from £90. Size, furnishing, report type and extra rooms or areas change the total. Out-of-hours appointments add 25% outside Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, including weekends. Check your postcode and final price before confirming. Choose your property details in the booking form to see the agreed total before confirming.
Heathrow is approximately 7 miles from our Slough base, within our usual 50-mile coverage. Contact us with the exact postcode, access arrangements and preferred date to confirm availability. Allow approximately 1–3 hours, depending on property size, furnishing and the report required. Confirm access and delivery timing at booking. Do not rely on an unconfirmed appointment or delivery deadline.
A room-by-room condition report with photographs and accessible meter readings and key details where applicable. Independent, unbiased report. High-resolution photos of every room. Confirm access, your requirements and the report or image delivery deadline when booking; timing depends on the work agreed for your property.
An inventory records the property’s condition, contents and cleanliness at a specific visit, supported by photographs. This gives landlords and tenants evidence to refer to if a deposit dispute arises. A check-out can compare the condition at the end of the tenancy with the original inventory where that earlier report is available. It does not guarantee a dispute outcome.

Daljit is great, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He did my EPC, inventory check in, and PAT testing last year. It was my first time renting out my property and he gave me some great advice. He’s just completed this years PAT testing again. And I’m very happy. Thank you very much indeed!
